Security Deposit
All user will need to pay a fully-refundable security deposit of £100 as part of their booking. Once our volunteers have checked that you have left the cottage in a suitable condition, your deposit will be refunded. See How to get your deposit back – and how to lose it – link
Notes:
Daytime use is between 9 am and 5pm, and will only be possible where there are no groups staying for the nights before and after.

Please note that if not-for-profit groups within Wales would like to use the facilities but do not have the funding to pay, they can reach out to their Outdoor Partnership Development Officer for support in acquiring funding.

Payment terms
Payment must be made in full at time of booking. We don’t operate a more complex payment scheme, such as ‘pay a bit now, then the balance later’ as we want to keep things simple for our volunteer staff.
We can only accept payments direct to our account, details of which will be sent to you when you book.
